Oreo Cloud Dessert

For Menu Plan Monday, I wanted to share an oldie but a goodie. I had honestly forgotten how much my family loves this dessert until a friend brought it to a get-together recently. Now it will be a regular part of our rotation again.

Oreo Cloud Dessert

2 small packages white chocolate Instant Pudding
3 cups milk
1 thawed container Cool Whip
2+ sleeves crushed Oreos
Extra Oreos to garnish

Mix the pudding and milk and let sit for 5 minutes. Crush the Oreos. Stir in the cookies and the Cool Whip. This can be made the day before if you want the cookies to soften. I like to add an extra cookie to garnish. Who doesn't like extra Oreos?
