Catalina Chicken Recipe

For Menu Plan Monday, I wanted to share one of our favorite recipes. It has been a huge hit with everyone we have shared it with and I hope that will include you!

Catalina Chicken

1 lb. chicken, diced
1 c. Light Catalina French Dressing
1/3 c. soy sauce
minced garlic to taste

Cook the diced chicken until it is done thru. Whisk the remaining ingredients together and add to the diced chicken. Cook until the sauce starts to bubble and thickens slightly.

We enjoy this with macaroni and cheese and a small salad. It is slightly sweet and very tender. I hope you love it as much as we do!
